Contact

Two ways to reach us, both of them real. There is deliberately no contact form on this page — see below for why.

Email

info@miravain.online

The fastest route, and the right one for corrections, factual complaints, press enquiries, copyright or trade mark questions, and requests under the GDPR. We aim to answer within a few working days, and within one month at the outside for data protection requests, as the GDPR requires.

Ordinary email is not encrypted. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

Why there is no contact form

A contact form is a data collection point. It would mean a script on the page, a submission endpoint on the server, and a database or mailbox of everything anyone had typed into it — often with an IP address and a timestamp attached, and frequently with a third-party anti-spam service quietly loaded alongside it.

We have promised that this site collects nothing and makes no third-party requests, and we would rather keep that promise than have a slightly more convenient contact box. A mailto: link sends you to your own email client, on your own terms, with nothing passing through us in between.

The trade-off is that you see our email address and we see yours when you write. That seems like the honest arrangement. See the privacy policy for what happens to correspondence.

No telephone number

We do not operate a telephone line and do not publish a number, so that nobody wastes time calling one that nobody answers. Everything can be dealt with by email, and email leaves both of us a written record.

What to include

What we cannot help with

We are an independent editorial site, not a game publisher and not a shop. We cannot help with game accounts, lost progress, in-game purchases, refunds or customer support for any product mentioned here. Those go to the game's own support channel, or to the store you bought from — Apple, Google, Steam, Epic or Microsoft. See the spending and safety page for where to start.
