These terms govern your use of miravain.online. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who operates this site

miravain.online is operated by Celusagruna s.r.o., registered seat Pražákova 1008/69, Štýřice, 639 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company number (IČO) 23398434, VAT number (DIČ) CZ23398434, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, section C, insert 145738. 2. What the site is — and is not

This is an editorial website. It publishes guides and explanatory articles about video games, funded by advertising.

It is not a shop. Nothing is sold here. We take no orders, hold no accounts, process no payments and deliver no product or service to you. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract.

It is also not professional advice — not financial, not legal, not medical. It is consumer information, offered in good faith.

3. Accuracy, and the limits of it

We research what we publish, we cite sources, and we correct mistakes under a published corrections procedure. But video game mechanics, prices, age ratings, platform availability and promotional offers change constantly and without notice.

Where anything on this site differs from the official information published by the relevant game publisher or platform operator, the official information prevails. Before you spend money, check the official source.

4. Partner links and advertising

Some links on this site are partner links. They are labelled as such at the point of use, carry rel="sponsored nofollow noopener", and are disclosed in a bar at the top of every page and in a box at the top of the article.

If you follow a partner link and go on to install a product or become the advertiser's customer, we may receive a commission from that advertiser. It costs you nothing extra. You pay the same as you would arriving by any other route.

Any contract arising from such a visit is between you and the third party. We are not a party to it, we are not an agent for it, and we cannot help with it. Complaints about a product go to whoever supplied it.

The text, layout, stylesheet and diagrams on this site are original works belonging to Celusagruna s.r.o. and protected by copyright. The diagrams are original SVG files drawn for this site.

You may quote short extracts for review, comment, news reporting or teaching, with a clear attribution and a link to the page quoted. You may not copy this site systematically, republish it, present it as your own, or use it to train an automated system, without prior written consent.

Third-party names, product names and logos referred to on this site are the trade marks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the server it runs on, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent Czech law permits, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the editorial content, from your dealings with any third party reached through a link, and from any interruption or unavailability of the site.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date below shows when it last changed.

11. Governing law

Czech law applies. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
